The Senior Smile Program is offered by the Multnomah County Dental Society for low-income, unisured seniors in need of dental care.

Services & Eligibility

Dental care for low-income, uninsured seniors (age 65+)

Must be Multnomah County resident

Income restrictions:
Maximum income $1140/month single household
Maximum income $1537/month for 2 or more in household

Appointments

• Please call above number for application packet. After your application is processed, you will be referred to a participating dentist.
• No emergencies

Fees

• One time application fee
• Annual renewal $10
• 50% reduction for regular dental procedures (no dentures)
• No reduction for labs and materials
