OHSU Family Medicine at Scappoose is a group of 3 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, and 2 physician assistants that provides comprehensive health care to the entire family.
Hours of Operation *Access to a clinician 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

- Our free Translation & Interpreter Services Department helps limited-English speaking patients and their families communicate with our providers and staff.
- When you register as an OHSU patient, please let the staff know if you need an interpreter to assist you during your medical appointments. You also may request interpreter services when making telephone calls to anyone at OHSU.

- Full spectrum of family-centered maternity care (pre-pregnancy counseling, prenatal care, delivery services, including cesarean and VBAC, and newborn care)
- Newborn through adolescent care (well child exams developmental and behavioral monitoring, immunizations, school/sports physicals, care of acute and chronic illnesses)
- Full spectrum of preventative care (for men, women and children, including colon, prostate, cervical, breast and skin cancer screenings)
- Referral relationships with OHSU and community specialty practices
Financial Assistance, Costs, and Eligibility
- Accepts most insurance plans
- Request for financial assistance may be made at any point before, during, or after the provision of care. We offer an application process for determining your initial interest in and qualification for financial assistance.
- Financial assistance is specific to each patient admission. Financial assistance related to outpatient services will require periodic screening for changes in eligibility. Financial assistance is granted for medically necessary procedures only.
