Sliding scale acupuncture clinic based on income, need to fill out application on first visit.
Income verification not required.
Dire financial financial circumstances will be considered on an individual basis – approved patients will be on a wait list for reduced fees care. (This list is currently filled and there is a wait list at this time.)
Reduced Fees Services cost $12.00 per visit.
