Uninsured patients have difficulty obtaining prescription medications urgently needed to ensure their continuing health.

This program serves patients of Coalition clinics. The Goal of the Pharmacy Bridge is to create a sustainable system that provides necessary medications to patients of Coalition Clinics and Project Access. The Pharmacy Bridge meets this goal by using a generic list of medications, volunteer assistance for prescription assistance enrollment and group purchasing.
