General Information
In 1989, Good Samaritan Hospital and Medical Center and HealthLink joined forces, and Legacy Health System was born. Today Oregon-based Legacy Health is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt corporation comprising five full-service hospitals and a children’s hospital. Within these award-winning facilities, we offer an integrated network of health care services – acute and critical care, inpatient and outpatient treatment, community health education and a variety of specialty services.
Languages Spoken
Legacy has access to interpreters for nearly 100 languages, so if you feel more comfortable in a non-English language we may be able to provide an interpreter. Please notify the office staff that you need an interpreter as soon as you know the date and time of your visit. There is no charge to you for this service.
Financial Assistnace, Costs, and Eligibility
- Legacy will provide eligible uninsured hospital patients who receive inpatient or outpatient medically necessary services from a Legacy hospital with a discount from Legacy charges.
- Deposits may be requested at time of service.
- Financial arrangements are available if you do not have insurance or have a balance due after your insurance payment. Our payment options include:
- Payment in full. We accept major credit and debit cards.
- Three equal monthly payments.
- Monthly payment plan through Accent, Inc., subject to a minimum payment schedule.
