Note: A community clinic visit costs $20, cash or check only. Payment is required at time of service. Community clinic locations do not take insurance.
To schedule an appointment at NCNM Main Clinic call 503-552-1551. NCNM Main Clinic does accept insurance, including OHP OPEN card. There is also a sliding fee scale available at the Main Clinic, with proof of income under 200% of federal poverty level. Need to apply for the sliding scale.

Cost: This is our income dependent sliding scale clinic. Our providers also see patients on Oregon Health Plan with OPEN CARDS. NCNM Main Clinic focuses on all facets of naturopathic and classical Chinese medicine providing primary care for acute and chronic disease. The clinic includes a comprehensive natural and Chinese medicinary as well as a licensed, full-service laboratory. Sliding scale discounts are available to patients below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Proof of income is required.

The Hooper Center provides a 54-bed, sub-acute medical detoxification program which involves 4-7 days of medical treatment for early withdrawal symptom and counseling.
