Our mission is to work with local churches, network community resources, educate caregivers and treat the whole person in community; addressing physical, mental, and spiritual needs with a multidisciplinary community health center that promotes healthy individuals and a healthy community, enabling these, to in turn help others.

- This clinic is partners with Project Access NOW, a broad based community initiative that builds access to health care for low-income and uninsured people in the Portland/Vancouver metropolitan area by coordinating a network of volunteer physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other health care providers.
