Federal Poverty Guidelines –
In January or February of each year the federal government releases an official income level for poverty called the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines, and often informally referred to as the "Federal Poverty Level". The benefit levels of many low-income assistance programs are based on these poverty guidelines.

you folks, whoever you are that work on this site and keep it up AND those people who work for these clinics.....are very special indiviuals. you do the work of God and the gentle work of the soul by helping others. my friend has had Lupus for years and is in chronic pain and lives with much of it without help. she has no insurance, her busband is dead and she has children at home. she and many others need to know about this site. thank you people for giving a damn about others. That is what Portland is about.
