General Information
Clackamas County has a Community Healthy Center offering low-cost family health care. Staffed by doctors, nurse practitioners, and certified medical assistants, we can treat every thing from bumps and bruises to colds and flu and more serious health problems.

Providing dental care to the following groups: Multicare/OHP clients, low income/uninsured children and adults who are residents of Clackamas County; including migrant/seasonal farm-workers. Urgent and routine services only, including fillings and extractions. No restorative work.

Costs and Financial Assistance
- Proof of income is required.
- $25 fee
- Insurance also accepted
- Dental care for uninsured children up to age 19;
- OHP MultiCare or uninsured adults accepted for emergency dental only
- Sliding scale fees may be available depending on income.
