General Information
CAP’s mission is to prevent HIV infections, support and empower people affected and infected by HIV/AIDS, and eliminate HIV/AIDS-related stigma.

Financial Assistance/ Eligibility
- All programs are FREE
- Must be HIV positive and have documentation of HIV status from doctor or case worker.
- Eligibility requirements for housing units vary.
- Must fill out a form prior to receiving services (Forms available in both English and Spanish).
- All services are accessible for the low income, uninsured, and homeless.
Helpful Tips
Best to have an intake and assessment appointment. Intake appointments can take up to 1.5 hours to determine if client is eligible for services. Please call the intake line at 503-517-3590 to schedule an appointment.
