We went to the zoomcare on NW 13th with my mother, whose blood pressure was high for a few hours but she was otherwise ok. We found out at the front desk they do not accept people who have medicare plan B, or community/urgent care coverage, and we were told to go to an urgent care facility way out in SE Portland. This should be posted on their site, and on their door. You can't waste people's time who are in need of urgent care, and possibly emergency care. We would have gone to the emergency room of a hospital first, or other clinic first if we had known, and we were referred to it by my mother's nurse! Please make sure they post this on their site.
I also went to Zoomcare for a back injury, as soon as I told the Dr. my issue, she replied "we DO NOT prescribe narcotics" she then said she could give me Tramadol, but then when she found out I was on a anti-depressant, she said she would not even give me the Tramadol. I don't know why they advertise Urgent care when they can't help anyone with an actual injury. And to top it off, I drove all the way to the East side of Portland from Vancouver, a total waste of time and it felt like the McDonalds of medicine.
I found this on their website, but had to dig for it. It should be displayed on the front page, or just easier to find. "ZoomCare does not accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid or the Oregon Health Plan."

I noticed that ZoomCare now has 5 locations: http://www.zoomcare.com/schedule/findus.php
