The Coalition Receives $86K Grant from the Regence Foundation to Provide Health Information to the Community
The Coalition of Community Health Clinics would like to thank the Regence Foundation for awarding us a $86,000 grant to partner with 211info on a program to connect underserved populations to healthcare resources.
This program, “Connecting the Dots,” will allow all community members, especially those uninsured or presently not connected to health care or health resources, to easily access information about regional health and wellness services. Highlighted resources will particularly emphasize culturally accessible options. The Regence Foundation grant will enable us to develop a website, database, and wellness survey to bring together a wide range of resources and deliver personalized search results, as well as supporting important relationship-building initiatives.
